A Chinese silver mustard, a salt and and a pepperette, by Wang Hing, the mustard of tankard form, the hinged lid with finial, embossed with prunus blossoms throughout (with unassociated blue glass liner), a spoon (London), a twin handed salt with embossed dragon decoration and dragon scroll handles, (blue glass liner) and a pepperette in the form of a pagoda on an hexagonal base, all stamped ‘WH 90’, mustard height 7.2cm, salt height 3.5cm, pepperette height 8cm. £140-£200
Wang Hing (Active 1854-1930) was listed as ‘Jeweller, Gold and Silver Ware Manufacturer, and Jade-stone Dealer’, with premises at 10 Queens Road, Hong Kong and 1, Sai Hing Street, Canton.
