44th (Suffolk) Company Imperial Yeomanry.

Harold Joseph Dennis was born in the Parish of Catford, London. An electrician by trade, he attested for the Imperial Yeomanry on 6 January 1900, aged 21 years. He served with the 44th (Suffolk) Company, 12th Battalion Imperial Yeomanry in South Africa between 3 March and 14 November 1900, being posted to the Electrical Engineers on 30 April 1900. Sold with copied service papers.
