Memorial Plaque (2) (Sturt Charles Goodfellow; William John White) very fine (2) £70-£90
Sturt Charles Goodfellow, a native of Adelaide, South Australia, enlisted in the Australian Imperial Force on 9 March 1915, and served with the 27th Battalion during the Great War. He was killed in action on the Western Front on 23 April 1918, and is buried in Dernancourt Communal Cemetery Extension, Somme, France.
There are several men with the name William John White recorded on the Commonwealth War Graves Commission Roll of Honour.
