A box of correspondence, invoices and receipts relating to coins in the Davidson collection, dating from 1910 to the late 1970s, from A.H. Baldwin Sr, A.H. Baldwin Jr, P.D. Mitchell, S. Bendall, P. Finn, D. Miller, G. Muller, I. Murray, J.H. Daniels, etc; together with several ALS from W.A. Seaby, Jock and Joan Murray, H.J. Dakers, Derek Allen, etc., some old lists by Daniels and Seaby, and a folder of correspondence, original manuscripts and corrected printers’ proofs of articles by the Dakers on Scottish coins [Lot]. An invaluable record, from which the researcher will be able to further provenance many coins in the Davidson collection (£80-100)
