19th Century Tokens, DEVON, County series, William Upcott, Twopence, 1801, view of Eddystone lighthouse, rev. view of Spurn Point lighthouse, edge plain, flan of normal thickness, 35.35g/6h (D 21). An attractive original striking without any die cracks and only the merest hint of a flaw on the Spurn lighthouse, a small rim bruise on obverse at 7 o’clock, otherwise extremely fine and bronzed, very rare £400-£500
