Memorial Plaque (Harold Bucknall) traces of adhesive to reverse, good very fine £60-£80

Harold Bucknall was born in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, and attested there for the Sherwood Foresters (Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire Regiment). He served with the 10th Battalion during the Great War on the Western Front from 14 July 1915, and was killed in action on 14 February 1916, aged 19. He has no known grave and is commemorated on the Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial, Belgium.
