FRANCE, Le Rêve du Travailleur, 1905, a bronze medal by V.-J.-J.A. Ségoffin for the SAMF, exhausted naked workman sleeps and dreams of others comforting him, rev. the naked workman sits awake, under a tree, gathering his thoughts, sailing boat and rising sun behind, 68mm, edge stamped 193 (Maier 30; Coll. R. Marx 121; BDM V, 463; cf. Baldwin 90, 1967). Good very fine, rare £150-£200
