M.B.E. London Gazette 15 March 1918:
‘For services in connection with the War.’
Miss Gladys Mary Collins served as a Unit Administrator with Queen Mary’s Army Auxiliary Corps during the Great War on the Western Front from 28 May 1917 to 8 November 1919. Advanced Unit Administrator, she was discharged on the termination of her engagement on 17 November 1919.
