Charles I (1625-1649), Tower mint, Gold Crown, Gp D, class 1, mm. bell, pellet over d (?) between carolvs: and d:g:, no inner circles, 2.32g/4h (SCBI Schneider –; SCBI Brooker 209, same obv. die; N 2153; S 2707). Good very fine with pleasing portrait, rare (£600-700)
