George III (1760-1820), Pre-1816 issues, Pattern Halfpenny, 1799 (late Soho), by C.H. Küchler, in copper, laureate bust right, k · on truncation, rev. Britannia seated left, normal triangle of dots on rock, edge obliquely grained, 12.33g/6h (Martin, SNC 2009, p.117, listed as BMC 1245A [KH 23], this coin listed; Selig 1391). Extremely fine with a hint of original colour, very rare; very few specimens known £200-£260
