Treasury Series, John Bradbury, a highly unusual piece of ‘printers waste’, in the form of £1, 1914, serial number omitted, miscut or misprinted to the left by around 15mm, watermark misaligned, selectively pressed, or damaged by machinery (it is unclear which), overall about extremely fine, blue crayon across face showing it has been pulled from the production run in the printing works and crudely cancelled, clearly before the serial numbers were added to the batch, very rare and interesting in this format
