Andrew Morrison was born in Cork, Ireland. He served with the 43rd Foot during the Indian Mutiny (entitled to no clasp Medal). Morrison attested for the 12th Foot at Sydney, Australia in May 1866. He was discharged on 31 March 1874, having served for 21 years and 11 days.
