Anglo-Saxon, 7th century, sword mounts (3) a silver gilt pyramid mount, the four sides, each decorated with three triangular indents with niello inlay borders, at the apex is a square recess which would have held a garnet. Underneath is a bar for attachment; 14 x 7mm, 2.98g; silver pyramid mount, each side with a niello inlay zig-zag border, 8 x 6 mm, 3.34g; similar, each side with niello inlay zig-zag pattern, 10 x 6 mm [3].
