Miss Ida Ethel Ada Cooke was born on 29 November 1882. She enrolled into the General Service section of the V.A.D., at Devonshire House, Piccadilly, on 16 September 1918 and served as a Waitress with the V.A.D. in Italy. She was demobilized on 3 May 1920. Sold with copied research.
