The clasp for Gemaizah is probably unique to the King’s Royal Rifle Corps.
Drage appears on a separate roll for Gemaizah as Colour-Sergeant Staff Clerk, serving with the Head-Quarters of the Army of Occupation at Cairo. The roll also lists Major J. Johnstone, D.A.A.G., Oxfordshire L.I., and Major R. G. Kekewitch, D.A.A.G., Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers. Drage was mentioned in despatches for Gemaizah, and received the 1911 Coronation Medal as Lieutenant & Quartermaster, 3/R. Inniskilling Fusiliers. Sold with a copy of the Egypt medal roll.
