Bank Restriction Bill a small scale reproduction of an 'Anti-Hanging note', ND (originally 1819), a satirical note designed by George Cruickshank, signed by J. Ketch (the hangman), design very similar to the Bank of England white notes, printed area probably half the size of the original, although the paper is larger, it is unclear when it was produced, but likely in the latter half of the 19th Century, very fine and scarce
