S.W.Fores No. 13, for Self, Simple & Pennyless, 2 Pence, 1 April 1819, promising to pay ‘Messrs Catchpole, Latitat & Puzzlecause or bearer, when the glorious uncertainty of the Law shall have ceased and when the whole fraternity of Attornies, including Pettifoggers and Luitammers, throughout the United Kingdom shall have the acquired integrity’, signed by Simon Lostall and Ninny Smartuch, with a vignette showing a pair of tailors scissors, and labelled ‘The Pettifoggers Arms’, and ‘We Cut what goes between us!, Flagitiosorum grex’, about extremely fine £100-£150
