‘Aerial Flashes’ made its first appearance on a London stage from 20 October 1924. Described as ‘A Musical Melange in Seven Flashes’, it had already played at Northampton, Colwyn Bay, Darwen, Whitehaven, Dover, Walthamstow, East Ham, Herne Bay, and at many other theatres.
Taylors was a major printer for all things related to the theatre and entertainment industry. While the business started very small in 1890, in Wombwell, Yorkshire, by the mid 1920s Taylors was one of the largest specialised printers in the UK, and operated at least into the 1970s.
