The Uniform Coinage of India, British Imperial Period, Victoria, copper Half-Anna, 1877, Calcutta, type C, crowned and robed bust left, victoria empress, 4.75 panels in jabot, no v on bodice, rev. half anna above india and date, all within scroll-like wreath of Indian flora, leaf under centre of date, edge plain, 13.03g/12h (Prid. 585 [Sale, lot 161]; SW 6.458; KM. 487; cf. Fore III, 2193). Spots of surface veridgris in centre of obverse and on reverse at 11 o’clock, otherwise very fine, light patina £100-£150
