Board of Commissioners of Currency, Singapore, an obverse archival printer’s model on board for a proposed issue of $10, ND (ca 1975), serial number A/1 000000, red and multicoloured, white collared kingfisher at left, arms at right, Hon Sui Sen signature, red seal, in PMG holder 67 EPQ, superb gem uncirculated, very close to the final version issued in 1967 and presumably the template for the issue, a unique and spectacular essay with superbly hand-painted elements
