M.B.E. London Gazette 12 December 1919: ‘In recognition of valuable services rendered in connection with the War:- 2nd Lt. F. C. I. Woodgate.’
Frederick Charles Isaac-Woodgate was commissioned 2nd Lieutenant in the Royal Field Artillery on 5 February 1915, attached to 5B Reserve Brigade, R.F.A. He went to France on 23 March 1915, and was promoted to Lieutenant on 1 July 1917.
