Britannia seated left, curved raised lines on scroll at base of shield, stop after legend, wide border teeth, edge plain, 12.05g/12h (BMC 895; ‘Selig’ 1313; S 3774). Spot between i and a of britannia and a couple of other trifling spots in reverse field, otherwise brilliant and as struck, most attractive reflective patina, very rare [previously certified and graded NGC PF 65 BN] £1,800-£2,200
