Henry Frederick William Adams attested for the 16th (County of London) Battalion (Queen’s Westminster Rifles), London Regiment and was awarded the T.F.E.M. per Army Order No. 103 of 1 April 1909. He re-enlisted on 16 September 1914 and served with them during the Great War on the Western Front as a Sergeant. He was discharged due to wounds on 14 November 1918 and was awarded a Silver War Badge No. B50168. He died in Wandsworth in January 1952.
