WW2 Polish Items. A small but very interesting collection, two Polish military buttons together with a handwritten note from Comte Stanislas Orlowsky, five other Polish military buttons, a Polish army eagle cap badge, a rare blue and red silk pennant complete with ties with a Compliments card of the Polish Brigade of Carpathian Rifles in Palestine. Another note states "Colours of the Carpathain Brigade taken from the Polish Cavalry School". A printed sheet of Polish unit insignia subsequently accurately hand coloured and with pencilled translations of the units involved. This is the 16th Independent Armoured Brigade based in Scotland, the sleeve badge is shown together with ten individual unit flashes.
