Provenance: Glendining, May 1963.
Edward Wray was born in the Parish of Inch, Downpatrick, County Down, and enlisted for the 6th Inniskilling Dragoons at Lisburn, County Antrim, on 20 February 1812, aged 18, for unlimited service. He was discharged on 10 October 1826, after 16 years 236 days service, including 2 years for Waterloo, suffering from hepatic and pleuritic afflictions of long standing. Sold with copied discharge papers.
