Thomas E. Legg, who was born in Penzance in 1859, was appointed an Engineer in the Royal Naval Reserve on the outbreak of hostilities in August 1914, in which month he joined the M.F.A. Peshawur, and he remained similarly employed until returning to his duties in the Mercantile Marine in May 1915; sold with brief details.
