Frederick Arthur Dobson enlisted on 5 April 1904. Serving with the 4th Battalion Royal Fusiliers, he entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 12 September 1914. Clasp to 1914 Star confirmed. He was discharged due to wounds on 22 May 1915 and awarded the Silver War Badge.
