‘Adjutant-General’s Office,
Simla, 12th March 1884.
“It is notified for information that the best shot in the Native Armies of the three Presidencies, and the winner of the first, or army prize, of Rs. 100, with a silver medal, is No. 578 Havildar Cunniah, 13th Madras Native Infantry.”
