Corporal S. Bishop, 2nd Battalion Hampshire Regiment, was wounded at Koodoesrand, 4 March 1900. He died of disease at Kimberley on 4 April 1900. Note: in published roll the service number is given as ‘3267’ re his wounding and ‘3268’ re his death.
