19th Century, Gloucestershire, Cheltenham, an engraved silver medal, inscribed (Presented to James Phillips by the Waiters of Cheltenham), rev. (March 21 1864), with engraved clasp (This Clasp was added as a Memento of Victoria Jubilee 1887), 38mm. Extremely fine, with ornate swivel bar suspension, original blue ribbon and buckle fitting, in fitted case; very rare and worthy of further research (£50-70)
