Education: Scotland, Kirkcudbright, a copper award medal, unsigned, sailing ship left with St Andrew’s Cross on sail, rev. presented by the magistrates of kirkcudbright, named (John Bennoch, 2d. Dux of the 7th English Class in the Academy, 1816), 49mm. Fine, very rare; in a brass surround from which the loop mount has detached (£60-80)
