Imperial Bank of Persia, unissued 1 Toman, ND (1920-22), no serial number or seal, or issue location, Wilkinson and Wood signatures, annotation on obverse ‘this has not been issued & consequently is not a note’, stains, in PMG holder 20, very fine, an extremely unusual item, probably either ‘issued’ in error or stolen, but has evidently circulated regardless of its lack of serial numbers
