Double Island Issues, St. Maarten-Tortola, Eighteen Stuivers (valued at Three Reaals, c. 1797), a cut quarter segment of a Spanish-American 8 Réales, obv. countermarked with incuse cc and design of seven bonded arrows raised within a shaped indent, the cut edges countermarked with incuse ib (representing 18 Stuivers); then countermarked tortola raised within a shaped indent [type I/b, late die state], partly obliterating the St. Martin countermarks, 6.08g/93.8 gr (cf.
