Provenance: First bt S.E. Schwer 1983.
Thomas George Middlebrook, innholder, Old King’s Arms, Southwark, 1874-9, and the Edinburgh Castle, 1879-1906; at the latter he housed a collection of military relics from about 1887, which was sold by Debenham Storr post mortem in January 1908. The correct order of issue has been demonstrated by David Powell (eSylum vol. 17, no. 52, 21 December 2014)
