James I (1406-1437), Groat, Second fleur-de-lis issue, Edinburgh, mm. cross pattée, tressure of seven arcs, trefoils on cusps, lis and two saltires on breast, i on sceptre handle, rev. one small and three large pellets in first and fourth quarters, lis in second and lis and saltire in third quarter, lis in centre, lis stops both sides, 2.22g/10h (SCBI 35 –; B –; S 5200). Good fine (£120-150)
