Alexander Littlejohn was born in Aberdeen on 21 June 1850. Entering the Royal Navy in May 1878, he attained the rank of Engine Room Artificer in December 1880 when on Northampton. Awarded the L.S. & G.C. in 1888 when at Pembroke (Chatham). Shore pensioned in June 1898. With copied service paper.
