Thomas Alfred Plant was born in Liverpool on 11 December 1861. Entering the Royal Navy in April 1885, he attained the rank of Chief Engine Room Artificer 1st Class in January 1902. Awarded the L.S. & G.C. in 1900. Shore pensioned in April 1907. With copied service paper.
Charles George Richards was born in Plymouth on 5 October 1863. Entering the Royal Navy in May 1885, he attained the rank of C.E.R.A. 1st Class in January 1896. Awarded the L.S. & G.C. in 1900. Shore pensioned in May 1907.
