Centenary of the Birth of George Stephenson, 1881, medals (3), by T.P. Chapman (2), in bronze and white metal, bust left, rev. Locomotive no.1, both 45mm (BHM 3096; E 1681B; Moyaux 40; cf. Swan 37), and unsigned, 32mm (BHM 3098; Moyaux 41; cf. Swan 37); together with white metal medals (2), similar, one mounted on a blue ribbon rosette and attached to Rocket suspender, ribbon named (Hawthorne), second inset in brass star, 53mm [5]. An interesting group, about extremely fine and better (£80-100)
