53rd (Royal East Kent) Company Imperial Yeomanry.

Arthur Frank Hughes was born in Saffron Walden, Essex. He attested for the Imperial Yeomanry on 20 February 1900, aged 21 years. He served with the 53rd (Royal East Kent) Company, 12th Battalion Imperial Yeomanry in South Africa between 8 March 1900 and 19 July 1901. Sold with copied service papers.
