William III (1694-1702), Proof Halfpenny, 1696, type I, in silver, from the same dies as previous, edge apparently plain, 6.13g/12h (S 6598; DF 499; KM. 110a; cf. LaRiviere 187, same obv. die). From the obverse die in late state with the flaw below the tie-ribbons almost reaching the circumference, initials AK and BD engraved on obverse and scratch in reverse field, otherwise fair, very rare £100-150
