Sold with Birmingham City Police record of service which confirms both medals and clasps. Arthur John Barr was born in May 1911 and joined the Birmingham Special Constabulary Reserve in July 1940. He was a self-employed Pork Butcher with premises in the High Street, King’s Heath, and served at King’s Heath Police Station in the Motor Patrol. He was awarded his fourth L.S. Bar in October 1975 but died shortly afterwards on 19 February 1976.
