Ayrshire Rifle Volunteers, an officer’s cast silver plate shako badge in the form of a large coiled bugle horn with script capitals ‘ARV’ within the coil and a QVC at the top, two loop fasteners; together with a smaller other ranks die-stamped white metal type format as for the officer’s, two loop fasteners, c1860-1878 (Bloomer Bk I No 66 for second item) (2),excellent overall condition £80-120
