Liverpool Scottish, an other ranks white metal pouch belt badge, format as for a helmet plate centre the White Horse with ‘8th V.B. LIVERPOOL’ in surround, two screw fasteners one a crude replacement; a very scarce first pattern sporran badge in high quality white metal being similar to the glengarry badge (KK1706) but the top legend reads, ‘SCOTTISH LIVERPOOL’ and with a short scroll under the Horse, ‘KINGS’ in OE capitals c1901-1908. two loop fasteners one crudely replaced; together with a white metal piper’s badge being a KC over a cross and thistle sprays upon the cross the White Horse over a short scroll ‘KINGS’ in OE capitals (KK1707) complete with tartan backing, pin back broken (3),the fastener defects apart the badges in very good condition £100-120
