Eadwald (c.798), kings of east anglia, Eadwald (c.796-c.798), eadvald rex in three lines divided by two lines of pellets reverse po d e l within compartments of quatrefoil, 1.34 gms (BMC 3; N. 432; S. 947). Rim a little chipped and slightly buckled, otherwise very fine, extremely rare, moneyer excessively so (£1,500-2,000)
