THE PRESTON-MORLEY BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COLLECTION, Licensed Victuallers’ School, Slough, George V Silver Jubilee, 1935, a silver and blue enamel star-shaped badge by Vaughton, crowned lion above legend, vivat rex above, original blue ribbon and silver clasp, named (Annie Chaplais), hallmarked Birmingham 1934, 76 x 48mm; Incorporated Society & Licensed Victuallers’ School, silver and multicoloured enamel badges (3), by Vaughton, seated robed female with three children, frontal elevation of the School behind, naming Committee, Governor and Trustee, hallmarked Birmingham 1915, 1927 and 1931 respectively, each 40mm; Licensed Victuallers’ School, Ladies Committee, a brass and multicoloured enamel badge by Vaughton, seated robed female with child, back named (Mrs L. Chaplais), original red ribbon and clasp, 45 x 30mm; Women’s Auxiliary League (Licensed Trade), a brass and blue enamel badge by T. Fattorini, bunch of grapes, 28 x 25mm [6]. Very fine and better, an interesting group worthy of research (£50-70)
