Jane Lash, innholder, The King’s Arms [formerly The Lion], Swine market, widow of William Lash (†September 1667); James Lee, mercer, admitted freeman March 1653, married Anna Cave, April 1655, alive 1666; John Mason (†August 1690), baker, St Mary’s, admitted freeman 1650. Sold with relevant photocopies of ‘Notes on Leicester 17th century tokens’ by Mr Rains, published in TCSB December 2002, pp.178-86, which gives further detail. Lee’s farthing is from an earlier rev. die to that shown in SCBI Norweb
