Paper stuck to left edge with inscription, split and rejoined, signature cut-cancelled, trimmed, otherwise very good, scarce (£120-150)

The inscription on the paper reads ‘The annexed note was retained for the purpose of exhibiting it at a [bankruptcy] trial which being over Barclay & Co beg ro return it, Decr. 20 1847’
