Charles I (1625-1649), Tower mint, Crown, Gp III, mm. triangle (over anchor over tun on obv., over anchor on rev.), 29.91g/12h (FRC dies XVII*/XXIV* [Sale, lot 84]; cf. SCBI Brooker 264; N 2195; S 2758). Good fine, reverse a little better but mark on shield, rare £500-700
