Plantagenet imitations, Henry V, Groat, [Secondary series, as class B1], mm. pierced cross pattée, ‘scowling’ bust, 9-arc tressure, all arches fleured, single saltire stops on obv., double saltire stops on rev., 3.26g/3h (Lessen et al, NC 1993, p.219, and pl. 34, 1, this coin). Edge chipped at 9 o’clock, otherwise very fine and toned, excellent quality for such an item £300-£400
