The fourchée cross-ends suggest that this reverse must belong to the last coinage of Henry VII, not to the second coinage of Henry VIII. Although lis is a known mintmark for the last coinage of Henry VII, it is only ever found on the obverse; no coins are known with mm. lis on the reverse
